Compagnie du Nord is very pleased to welcome the Grosse Isle trio to i’s team! We will be managing and planning shows for this traditional music group composed of Sophie Lavoie from Lac-Saint-Jean, Fiachra O’Regan from Ireland and the legendary André Marchand (La Bottine Souriante, Les Charbonniers de l’Enfer). After collaborating together for a few years, these musicians officially united under the name “Grosse Isle”. A new album will be released in 2021. The group is now available for a presentation of this show that fuses Irish and Quebec repertoire with original compositions.
